Paranormal: Katrina, Queen of Storms

Katrina is the spiritual embodyment of Hurricane Katrina that struck the southern US in 2005. Otherwise known as a disaster spirit. Katrina can generate up to Catagory 5 Hurricane gales, rapidly spin at great speeds without getting dizzy, fly due to being as light as air, and summon her hurricane form around her with her in the eye at any size she wishes.

However, Katrina must be actively around water or almost constantly intaking water to utilize her powers ar their full potential. Regulating her to the coasts.

I decided to give her shoes for the drawing, but she doesn't normally wear shoes, and tends to always float to where she needs to go.
